1. Do you provide bulk ordering options?

2. What's on the DVD?
The DVD is about 40 minutes of mixed content. The main portion is five, five-minute, extended-format vignettes from our popular Mother Goose Club TV spots. They were shot in HD, and feature the characters you may recognize from PBS or our YouTube channel. The DVD also has 15 of our nursery rhyme songs, filmed for TV broadcast, and four bonus songs in our web format.
3. What's in the coloring book?
Our coloring book has 57 original illustrations, in the style of our Mother Goose Club characters. Each page has an image and a corresponding nursery rhyme. The book is printed on high-quality, non-newsprint, heavy white paper and has a glossy color cover.
4. What are the Download Products?
Our download products are digital versions of our music albums in MP3 format and digital videos in MP4 format. After purchasing an download product, you will receive an email message containing a link to download your file.
5. Does the DVD have closed captioning?
Yes. It has closed captioning in English for the hearing impaired.
6. How long will it take to get my order?
It varies. Our shipping costs are competitive with most online vendors. Our standard international rates are lower than Amazon's. We provide domestic shipping options through USPS. Variations in cost and shipping time are due to the total weight of the order and specific location of the customer.

7. I put in my order and haven't received a confirmation email. How do I know it's gone through?
PayPal will automatically send you one email when you place your order and another when we print your shipping label. If you don't receive your confirmation email soon after your purchase, check your spam or junk email folders. If it's not there, please contact us at orders@sockeyemedia.com. Your order is important to us, and we want to get it right.
8. How does the promo code work?
Upon checkout at our estore, you'll see a blank space marked "Enter Promo Code". Type in the code word there, then click "Update". The discount automatically will apply to your order. Then click "Make Payment", and you'll be directed to PayPal. PayPal processes all our payment and shipping. If the code doesn't work, make sure you have the most updated version of your browser and that your settings allow you to be redirected to another site.
9. How does shipping work?
When you have finished shopping on our store and are ready to complete your purchase, click "Make Payment". You will be directed to PayPal, which handles all our payment and shipping. (If you do not have a PayPal account, you can use a credit or debit card. Follow that option by clicking the "Don't have a PayPal account?" link underneath the username/password bars. PayPal also can arrange for funds to be pulled from your bank account.)
Enter and/or verify your shipping and payment information. Please make sure your address is correct. Next, select your shipping method from the drop-down menu. (This is where you choose the speed/cost of your shipping). Then click "pay now". PayPal automatically will send you a confirmation.
When we process your order you will receive another email confirming that your order has shipped (domestic customers will also receive a tracking number). The purchase will appear on your credit/debit card statement as PAYPAL*MOTHERGOOSE, and the confirmation email will cite Sockeye Media, LLC. 10. How much is shipping?

11. How about returns and refunds?
We would be nothing without our fans, and we want to make every reasonable effort to ensure their happiness with our products. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return it and we will reimburse you for the product's cost.
